Fee Deposit Rules

The school fee is payable quarterly by 20th of the 1st month of each quarter (i.e. 20th April, 20th July, 20th October, 20th January).

  1. If you do not receive the Fee Bill by 5th of the month in which fee is due, or for correction of any inadvertent error, please contact the “FEE SECTION”,
  2. In case of non-payment of fee by the end of the 1st month following the previous quarter, name of the student will be struck off from the rolls of the school without any prior notice and his/her subsequent continuation in the school will be only on payment of re-admission fee. Rule 167 of the DSEAR Rules 1973 gives the school the right to strike off the name of the students whose dues are pending even for a month. The Rule s as below: “If a student omits or fails to pay the fees & contributions due to a School together with the fine due thereon by the last working day of the month in which they are due, his/her name shall be struck off the rolls of the school on the last working day of the month & may be readmitted on payment of all school dues including, fresh admission fee.”
  3. A month’s notice or one month fee will be required for leaving the school. Refund claim for caution money should be made in writing within six months of leaving the school; otherwise, the same will become non-refundable.
  4. Bus fees will be charged for 11 months in a year. No charges will be levied for the month of June. No withdrawal from bus facility is permissible during the academic session for any class level.
  5. Fee may be deposited in either of the following modes: –
    • By cheque, duly crossed, in favour of LAXMAN PUBLIC SCHOOL – FEES A/c. Please write student’s name, class, section and phone number at the back of the cheque.
    • Cheques may be deposited with the school fee section.
    • In cash, at Indian Bank, Adchini Branch.
    • Online through the school website.
