The applicants selected for admission by the school will be required to submit a hard copy of the filled in form after completing the form by pasting photographs, signing at appropriate place and attaching self-attested copies of required documents at the time of document verification along with the original documents. Admission will be confirmed only if the documents are found to be authentic.

Guidelines for filling in the Admission form

(Only online filled in forms will be accepted)

·       All the details should be filled in Capital letters only. Full name of father/mother/ candidate should be written. Please do not use initials or abbreviations.

  • Fill in the form as per Proforma given and guidelines mentioned in Admission Guidelines for Preschool Admission 2025-2026
  • Check all the entries carefully, upload documents and then continue to make payment mentioned in the form as per Admission Guidelines for Preschool Admission 2025-2026
  • Click on the link mentioned below to open the online form.
  • The format for photographs is JPEG / PNG / JPG only. The size of all images must be in between 16 KB and 128 KB.
  • The format for documents is JPEG / PNG / JPG only. The size of all images must be in between 64 KB and 256 KB.
  • After making payment of Registration fees enter UPI Ref No at specified place and continue to get registration number.
  • Please keep a copy of the registration slip for future reference.
  • Incomplete form will not be accepted by the school.
  • The applicants selected for admission by the school will be required to submit a hard copy of the online form and self-attested copies of required documents along with the original documents for verification. Admission will be confirmed only if the documents are found to be authentic upon verification. Link for downloading filled in application form will be available along with selection.
